Daily report

For dinner we cooked:
Mozarella - tomato salad. Classics, no need to explain.
Owen baked tiger-shrimps and tomatoes. Very easy to prepare and very tasty.

Coquille St. Jacques (scallops).
We cooked the scallops in slightly different manner than the classic recipe. We didn't use mushrooms and added tomatoes, to give the dish more Italian twist.
That was nesessary to make connection between the scallops, mozarella salad and the bottle of Pino Grigio that I've bought for dinner.
