Daily report

- 11:00 Strawberry chocolate fondue with a glass of Cava.

- 17:00 Today we had a suhi day here.
Couple of friends came over and I gave them a workshop.
We made regular rolls, futomaki, uramaki and tempura.
We also enjoyed some Japanese plum wine and green tea.

1. Vegetarian tempura.
2. Futomaki. Some of them were vegetarian.
3. Uramaki. Salmon, caviar and much more.
4. Uramaki with sezame seeds, surimi sticks, crayfish and something else, but I forgot what :-)
